Code of Conduct

According to our Constitution:

ARTICLE 3 – MANAGEMENT

1. The control and management of the organization will be vested in a Board of Governors.

In that regard, the 2024 Board established a task force to create a Code of Conduct, which has been completed and reviewed by the members of the theatre. The members provided their feedback and comments. This code regulates matters related to day-to-day operations, membership, inclusion, and conflict resolution. The document is a living organism that facilitates human relations within our space.

The Code of Conduct may be amended as the theater's needs evolve.
